Chocolate Labrador Puppy’s first days at Home

July 25, 2013

Yes. She is well-loved and much photographed. No name yet. I want to name her after a New Hampshire mountain, lake or river…or maybe just Granite in honor of all our beloved rocks. That would probably lead to a bad nickname though…Granny…

  1. None of the NH names were working for me for some reason. So I went with a name that has a different significance. Ketli… from Bucket List. See post about puppy having a name so you know why this name trumped all the NH names I was trying for.

  2. Really cute pup! I like Granite! You could go with Squam and call her “Squamy”. 🙂

    • Funny. Squamy. The lakes in NH do not lend themselves to naming a pup. The nicknames of Winnie, Sunny and Squamy just do not work for this cutie pie. Monadnock? Monny?

      Leaning towards Madison.
